The son of one of our librarians recently asked us to find the smallest book in our collection. In the Milwaukee-Downer Room, one of our special collections rooms, we have a couple of shelves dedicated to miniature books. The smallest of which is a book from 1861 entitled, The Child’s Bijou- a book of poetry for children. Seems fitting.
